At Chicago Soapery & Apothecary, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every product you receive. As our items are personal in nature, we are unable to accept returns. However, we do offer refunds for certain products, excluding the cost of shipping.
We believe you'll love our handmade creations, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, please reach out to us. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to resolving any concerns.
Refund Request Guidelines Refunds are available within 72 hours of delivery. After this period, unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds. To request a refund, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Kindly note that you are not required to return the product to us.
Processing Your Refund Once your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method, typically within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account. If the refund isn't visible, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take a few days for the refund to appear. If you’ve followed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at chicagosoapery@gmail.com.
Sale Items Please note, we can only issue refunds for regular-priced items. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Product Variations Since our products are handmade in small batches and hand-cut, slight variations in design, size, or shape may occur. Rest assured, you’re still receiving the same high-quality, beloved recipe you know and trust! 😊
