Three kinds of milk to quench dry skin!
Goat milk is wonderful for dry skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis. It is also great for for maintaining already healthy skin. It contains alpha-hydroxy acids such as lactic acid which help remove dead skin cells from the skin’s surface. This leaves new cells on the surface of your skin that are smoother and younger looking.
Coconut milk has a good amount of vitamin C which helps maintain elasticity and flexibility of skin. It is also rich in copper, and is said to prevent wrinkles, sagging skin and age spots. Coconut milk is also very moisturizing on the skin.
Yogurt also contains lactic acids that help remove dead skin cells. This gentle exfoliation may work to diminish the appearance of lines and wrinkles. Yogurt is also moisturizing on the skin.
The ground spices in this soap, work as a very mild exfoliant.
